Well thats not going to work......

So I ran a check on the water holding capability of my now homemade MLT and.......it didn't work.  I have to say it was completely my fault for using old caulking instead of buying a new tube of the stuff, but hey, I didn't think caulking went bad.  Anyway, I'll get a new tube of caulking and re-seal the MLT and we should be in business.  A point of good news, the rest of it worked like a charm, with maybe only slightly over a 16 oz. in equipment loss, I can live with that.  I just hope the caulking will hold up to heat as well, should probably get some rated for heat.  Look at that, thinking ahead.......
